The first and foremost requirement is that you are aligned with our goals to create affordable living spaces. We will discuss with you the type of tenants we are looking for and make sure that we match tenants that are good fits for your family.
Next we want to see how you want your basement apartment designed. We will discuss how you live and what is important to you in a basement apartment. Although some aspects of the basement build, in order to maintain efficiencies, are not negotiable; we can still give it a personal touch.
We will layout the key project milestones and discuss how the build segment of the project will effect your family. Each step of the way we will keep you informed and be available for questions.
Finally we will select the best tenants that match our affordable housing criteria and have you make the final selection. Once a tenant is selected we will sign the tenancy agreement.
